I have known Marion for approximately 4 years and have always had tremendous respect for her. After reading Lady Silverstone’s Darkest Hour, I have newfound respect for her. Marion is proof that your past does not define who you are or who you are going to be.

Working with Marion for the past 4 years on a daily basis I never would have thought she had a problem or a care in the world. She was always happy and upbeat. To this day, I have never seen her upset, down or depressed.

Marion, you are truly an inspiration to me. God blessed me when you came into my life and for that, I will be eternally grateful. When I look at you, I realize the saying is true: “If God Brings You To It…He Will Bring You Through It”

I have always believed that we are products our pasts. But, too many of us are living defeated lives because of past mistakes, bad choices, or because of circumstances beyond our control. Your book proves that through God’s grace and power, we can move forward. Lady Silverstone’s Darkest Hour is a wonderful tribute to our God. It gives hope, and it shows that He is loving and true to His word. The pages you have written are full of energy and are truly inspiring. Reading your story has blessed me. Thank you for sharing, Marion. The world needs this message, and I know that others who read your book will be blessed as well.

Revealing, soul searching, touching and firey are just a few words to be said about this book of truth and deliverance. Congratulations and God Bless you 100-fold for allowing all to see you become free and help others acknowledge that they can have the same freedom for themselves-through Jesus Christ.

Marion, God entrusted you with a key to set the captives free, and you are truly on your assignment! You didn't hold back on him, and He will not hold back (the blessings) on you! I have re-read the section on page 126 no less than 15 or maybe 20 times now. It removes another burden and destroys another yoke every single time!! Thank you for being transparent and real and hopeful and gloriously victorious! I am looking forward to your next project.

Truly it was a blessing seeing you at the Banquet last night. You are awesome!

I just read the first chapter of your book; it is wonderful thus far and I can't wait to finish. Although I wasn't your classmate, I always felt like I knew you when we were in school because you were so popular. Believe it or not, I admired you. Thanks be to God for blessing you and seeing you through all of your struggles to shape you into the beautiful and inspiring woman you are today.

Congratulations on your Sweet Sixteen recognition and your many, many accomplishments. God speed to you and your family.

Marion,

The book was totally captivating!!! I laughed, I cried, I got mad, and I forgave. I related to so much in your book. It opened some wounds…but God is good. We are truly a product of our past. It is amazing how our adult life, the decisions we make, our temperament, etc are a reflection of how we as adults are handling/coping with our past. Chapter 15 is my favorite!!! I have read that chapter 5 times already. That chapter has taken me to another level in my spiritual life…a new understanding. That chapter forced me to do some over due soul searching! It has answered a lot of “whys” for me. I thank God for allowing you to come into my life, for sharing your story and using you to speak to His children.

1. I first hated Tiffany and then I pondered as to what her childhood was like and how-what caused her to be that way.
2. I wanted to take a bat to Preston on many occasions.
3. Frank…hmmm…you took forgiveness to a new level! I will highly recommend this book to family and friends that I know of who had to endure molestation.
4. The call from “the other woman”…been there and done that. After reading that chapter…I pondered for the first time since my divorce…hmmm…”til death do us part.”
5. I can so relate to Caucasians playing a role in my development into a respectable young lady.

Marion…I could go on and on about this book…

My husband picked your book up to see what I’ve been raving about and now he can’t put it down ;-)!

Love and many blessings to you and your family!
